We employ robust age verification procedures including government-issued identification verification during account registration and before processing withdrawals.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law. While mpo234 primarily serves the Indonesian market, we operate under international licensing. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Restrictions: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from mpo234 or any affiliated gambling platforms. You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services.
5. Personal Use: You may only register one account per person. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

If we discover that you have provided false information or do not meet eligibility requirements, we will immediately suspend your account, void all transactions, confiscate any winnings, and may report the matter to appropriate authorities. Any deposits made will be retained as damages for breach of contract.

Account Creation: To access real-money gaming services, you must register for a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other services. Never share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

Account Verification (KYC): mpo234 is required by law and regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all users. You must provide government-issued identification documents (Indonesian National ID/KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and a selfie verification photo. First withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete. We may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

• Standard verification typically completes within 1-24 hours
• Enhanced verification for VIP members or high-value transactions may require additional documentation
• Failure to provide requested verification within 30 days may result in account suspension

Account Security Obligations: You must immediately notify mpo234 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, loss of credentials, or any security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to maintain adequate security or notify us promptly.

Prohibited Account Activities: You may not create multiple accounts, use another person's account, register under a false name, employ VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engage in any form of account manipulation. Discovery of such activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Deposit Methods: mpo234 accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. There is no deposit fee charged by mpo234, though your financial institution may apply their own transaction fees.

Fund Source Verification: All deposited funds must be from legitimate sources owned by you personally. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request supporting documentation. Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts not registered in your name will be rejected and returned minus any processing costs.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 10-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to additional security checks. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name.

Withdrawal Restrictions: We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and verification status. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. We may refuse to process withdrawals if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be charged an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be closed. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are offered at mpo234's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable funds. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, table games typically contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. The contribution percentages are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Terms Highlights:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified promotional period
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering is active (typically Rp 50.000 per bet)
• Certain games may be restricted or excluded from bonus play
• Only one active bonus per account at a time unless explicitly stated

Bonus Cancellation: You may request to cancel an active bonus at any time, which will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Your account will revert to your real money balance.

General Betting Rules: All bets placed on mpo234 are final and cannot be canceled, reversed, or amended once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical error. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation. We are not liable for losses resulting from user error in bet placement.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. Settlement of bets follows industry-standard rules for each sport, including dead heat rules, void rules, and postponement rules. If an event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or does not take place, bets will typically be void unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules.

Live Betting: During in-play betting, odds and available markets may change rapidly. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. We reserve the right to suspend markets, reject bets, or limit bet amounts during live events. A slight delay may occur in live betting to ensure fair play and prevent exploitation of data feed delays.

Casino Games: All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live game outcomes verified by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates, not guarantees for individual sessions.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, all affected bets and game rounds are void. We will credit your account with the original stake amount. We are not liable for any potential winnings that may have occurred but for the malfunction.

Maximum Payouts: Maximum daily payout limits may apply to certain game types or sports betting markets. These limits are designed to manage operational risk and are disclosed in relevant game rules. Accumulated winnings exceeding these limits may be paid in installments.
